There is an outdoor dining / seating area on the decking area with a private 5 person hot tub. Automatic LED lighting on the decking to provide that perfect ambience for relaxing evenings with a glass of your favourite tipple sat in the hot tub watching the sunset over the lake.
Televisions are in the lounge, master bedroom and 1 x twin bedroom, a PS3 is available to use in the lounge along with a selection of games, and can also be used to view the DVD's. A selection of books & games have been left for you to use.
There is a shower room & ensuite toilet & sink.
The modern fitted kitchen incorporates an integrated fridge freezer, full size gas cooker with hob and microwave, a kettle & toaster are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need.
Highchair, baby monitors (for when you are in the hot tub!) & 2 bed guards provided Bedding is provided but you will need to bring your own towels & tea towels.
